Customizable in a variety of bright colors, Thirst-Aids can be safely used while the child is sick. Placed on the skin just like a Band-Aid, and just as easily removed. The hydration sensor can be popped into the adhesive sleeve with ease and is useable until the child is no longer sick, or if the adhesive starts to wear and the child wants to replace it. Children are used to band-aids and associate them with getting better. Even though the thirst-aid itself does not cure the child’s ailments, their would likely be a slight placebo effect if not just the joy of getting to pick out a special band-aid in their favorite color.

-doesn’t track temp (not necessary but something I am considering in design development)
