When creating a new routine, whether it’s a diet or a workout routine, I found creating habits with others makes it easier to keep each other in check but also motivate one another. When starting a new activity, it may be daunting to start since there are so many ways, but either having someone support you or even be there for you as you start out can motivate you and keep you on track too. So if one day you’re feeling lazy and they’ll be there to pull you forward, which will help create a consistent schedule that can be long lasting. After getting used to the new routine, you can eventually branch out to specific things or continue with what you’re doing right now.

Group Music Exercising, GME for short, is inspired by having a mentor to help lead you, and having a friend or even another individual(s) to motivate each other. It would be on a TV app where you can just hop at your chosen daily time, to keep a consistent routine, it’ll be recommended that you go online at the same time each time. You would pick a genre of music you enjoy, whether it be rock or even older music from the 1980s and there would be a figure on screen that everyone who chose that music genre would see and follow the figure on screen. The figure is a pre-recorded exercise mentor that exercises to the music.

Being able to allow people to chose their own music, they’ll be able to listen to their own music taste and be more motivated since it’s music they enjoy and also be able to meet others online who also have the same music tastes as themselves too. They’ll be able to motivate and push each other forward, maybe suffer a bit and complain about the tiresome exercising but in the end a fun experience with others.
