My Take: This art piece is a reminder for drivers on the road to avoid texting. It’s winking and smiling emoji, that almost taunts the viewer and gives them a dark reminder why texting and driving is so dangerous. The bent around and smashed in metal reminds the viewer that the same can easily happen to their car if focused driving is not practiced.
