Conjecture: Dehydration Prevention Warm Up Shirt

It is highly questionable if excessive fluid intake during an activity will improve physiological performance. The time table for water to become useful, following ingestion, intestinal absorption and osmotic flow could be between 40 to 60 minutes. It’s entirely possible that the solution should take place prior a competition (e.g. during warm ups.)

This conjecture pertains to dehydration prevention. It is widely accepted that extreme outdoor environments (e.g. humidity, heat) may lead to excessive sweating and ultimately dehydration. Rather than fluid intake, utilizing a cooling system to lower internal body temperature.
