This list is a good outline of the knowledge gap in college students generally. It is a start – I think ‘financial literacy’ for college students is ‘achieved’ when someone has ‘learned’ a basic level of knowledge about each of these topics. The problem space for financial literacy could just be limited to one of these topics.
