I think one big way that is happening is through VR headsets that create environments for future employees to train in. This has been a highly successful venture into potential ways to on board employees, but based on my research in immersive experiences a physical experience could potentially be even more effective than a VR one. Utilizing large AM printed environments for training could instead be more effective as employees would have an opportunity to use their own hands as opposed to controllers. This could all take place in one space and pending what type of employee is being trained, environments could be switched out and adapted. Not only would these physical environments potentially work better for training than the virtual ones, this sort of reroute to a more grounded approach could attract and help in the acquisition of the most talented employees as they seek a more enriching work environment.
