Painting Pals is a painting palette system that is meant to help seniors enjoy more out of a community painting experience. They will have the chance to develop a new skill and have a beautiful piece of artwork to remind them of their talent. While the activity is occurring, a facilitator will lead discussion that is based on the paint palette wells. Each well relates to a grouping of related topics for the class to discuss.
It offers a chance for everyone to share their stories and memories while actively doing a task that is meant to challenge them out of their comfort zone.
