Prioritizer, an app that is able to encode text messages and calls with varying degrees of urgency. Low priority messages will be ignored until the driver has ended their trip. Emergency messages are able to go directly through to the person on the other end of the line, but only after confirming they are emergencies as to not distract the driver. Before a message is sent, the user is able to select how important the urgency (most likely 4 difference urgencies, 1 being the least and 4 being an emergency)  of it is, and then send it out to their intended recipient. Different sounds can accompany each level or priority. Peaceful chimes can be used for a level-1 message, while fire alarm sounds can be used for a level-4, or emergency message.
