My Take: Phones are not the only things distracting drivers. Passengers were recorded as being more dangerous for drivers in this survey. From my perspective, there are two ways to look at this issue. Passengers need to behave better in a way that will not distract their driver, or drivers need to better practice staying focused on driving. This issue feels more like a cultural issue more than an issue with product or system.
