This conjecture was inspired by the article How Strategic Home Organization Elevates Your Interior Design from the arts section of my newspaper. The article goes into detail about methods of organization for homeowners, and why organization is key to enjoying your space. The biggest takeaway is that organization is always subjective to the user- there is no right or wrong answer.
My conjecture aims to meet that “no right answer” by offering the user an item with a large variety of affordances that doesn’t have a single “correct” use. Allowing the user the freedom to do what they choose with their own vehicle and find their own way to utilize a generally helpful method of additional surface space. Some uses may include holding tools for work, drinks or food at a picnic or tailgate, towels for a day at the beach, or anything else.
