Analysis:
As I narrow in on my problematic, seeing what currencies Huntington will and will not accept helps highlight the insight that travelers are left with currencies they cannot return when they come back to the States at the end of their trip. Banks are pretty much not allowing their customers to spend their own money because of red tape they put up themselves.
