Creativity has been proven to help one’s overall well-being. Creating opportunities for communities to come together to create creates an opportunity for social engagement and enriches communities. Through a community art box program, community members of all ages could come together to create something once a month through a promoted art box. Prompts for these projects would change every month and would include everything from crafting, painting, and writing. Participants would be given the opportunity to either work on these projects together or create them individually. Works would then be displayed at a designated area to create a collaborative community exhibit.
The concept for this conjuncture would create mobility and social connectedness through art.
