What we do at One Love
Love is the most important thing in our lives, yet we are taught very little about it. One Love is on a mission to change that. We educate young people about healthy and unhealthy relationships, empowering them to identify and avoid abuse and learn how to love better.
How we do it
We engage young people with powerful films and honest conversation. Through our workshops and peer-to-peer discussions, One Love offers a framework that helps students spread our message online and in their communities.
Why we do it
One Love was founded in honor of Yeardley Love: A young woman who tragically lost her life at 22. Her death was completely preventable. Our mission is to make sure that it doesn’t happen to others.

Analysis:
I Included this organization because not only are they focused on spreading awareness and educating about healthy relationships but they also employ a variety of innovative interventions to get their message across. The videos I included above are a snapshot of the different interventions One Love creates to help people better understand what love and a healthy relationship looks like. I especially love the chocolate one because its such an interesting and tactile way to get people thinking about what love is and isn’t. Also, the couplets (the animated video people) are so effective and fun.
