These insights help cities, bike share operators and forward-thinking companies boost cycling safety, improve operations and reduce traffic congestion.
See.Sense is a company that mainly produces bike lights. But, these bike lights are extremely bright, and more importantly collect data that can be shared back to See.Sense with their Ride Insights to generate heat maps of population flow, road quality, and unsafe cycling conditions. Knowing where, when and why people walk the ways they do could provide valuable insight into where the most valuable places would be to implement a safe walking system for night commutes.
