    5 Ways Arts Projects Can Improve Struggling Communities

    In this story, a community has incorporated performance art as a way to draw people in to an event. This event has served to strengthen their community by creating a ritual by which each member of the community now feels a part of ownership. I could see art playing a role in the mobility ecosystem in similar ways, reinforcing the sense of community that exists within the OSU student body.

    The Unusual Passages – Outdoor Art in Quebec City

    Artists question the connection of urban spaces and the world. As a campus shifting focus to more natural landscapes and a deeper connection, installations have the ability to provoke a dialogue and question how these structures serve to strengthen that relationship or weaken it. I rather enjoy the playfulness and irony employed in achieving their goal. I think that the problem with it becomes what do they do with those after they take the installation down?

    Survey and Data Visualization

    Unfortunately, unknown to me, allowing people to take the survey on my tablet must've registered a duplicate IP and those surveys did not register with my results. The results are highly imbalanced favoring the answers of commuter students. While commuter students do make up the majority of users who utilize campus transit options, the overall representation is still skewed.
