Each spread has a prompt with a page for \u201cMommy and Daddy\u201d and a page for \u201cMe.\u201d The prompts are simple and don\u2019t take too much time, so it serves as a nice 5 minute mental check-in when especially stressed or anxious. The prompts are meant to prompt conversation between parent and child about how they\u2019re each feeling, starting by describing what they drew and why. It can be helpful for young children who don\u2019t necessarily know how to express some of the things they\u2019re feeling with words.
