Besides material manufacturing a huge\nproblem with shoes is what is holding it all together\u2026. glue. Shoe soles are bound\nto the uppers with glue, which when sitting in a landfill is extremely harmful\nfor the environment. SoleBond is an adaptive latching system designed for interchangeable\nsoles. Everyone has their favorite pair of shoes, now imagine if you can put\nany type of sole on the bottom of your uppers for your specific need. The latches\nallow for a tight secure fit while also being easy to change in and out of your\ndifferent soles. By negating the need for a permanent bond to a sole, it allows\nfor customization of what upper you want to wear with what sole.
