On the surface level, this is a win-win gambling through this app. If you win you get a lower interest rate or maybe so, thing better but if you lose your money goes into a certificate of deposit. Which in the long run is still a win. Sure you lose access to your money but it will earn value with interest over time. Now obviously there would naturally be some concerns about the connotations of having a gambling game tied directly to your bank. It is not a great look I\u2019d guess most banks wouldn\u2019t want that tied with their marketing.
