As buildings become \u201csmarter,\u201d their skins will change, too. Some will have features such as double-skin facades that help naturally cool, heat, light, and ventilate interior spaces. Others, like Terreform ONE&#8217;s Monarch Sanctuary, become a part of the ecology itself.
