In fact,\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/what-do-you-do-when-you-hate-your-job-2010-10\" target=\"_blank\">the Deloitte Shift Index survey<\/a>\u00a0found 80 percent of employees are dissatisfied with their jobs. This is backed up by the recent\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gallup.com\/strategicconsulting\/163007\/state-american-workplace.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">survey from Gallup<\/a>, which found 70 percent of workers are\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/thenextweb.com\/news\/disengaged-employees-really-thinking\" target=\"_blank\">disengaged at work<\/a>.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;While there are advantages to turning a hobby into a full-time gig, many people don\u2019t ever stop to consider the disadvantages. It\u2019s possible the reason you love your hobby so much is because there\u2019s no pressure associated with it; you can pick it up or put it down whenever you want.
