This article also dives into the history of Sushi and notes how Kroger&#8217;s sushi sales are between $400 and $600 million. There is also a discussion on how grocery store sushi could affect restaurants, and how it has changed over the years. Sushi can now be a portable snack, and there are lots of new types of sushi rolls out there.
